PRE-APPLICATIONS FOR BERNALILLO COUNTY HOUSING DEPARTMENTS (BCHD) and San Miguel County Housing

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Written requests for persons with disabilities or persons needing assistance must be put in writing to the BCHD Office.

Before you begin the application process, please have available your social security card, names and dates of birth of all family members. Also you will need income of all family members. Make sure you have typed correctly all information. Have paper and pen ready to write down your confirmation number.

Submit only ONE application to the Bernalillo County Housing Departments (BCHD). Duplicate forms will not be accepted.

Please make sure to update your address if it changes while you are on the waiting list. BCHD will send annual purge cards to the address on file. If we do not receive a purge card back showing that you wish to remain on the list, your name will be withdrawn.
